  • Patients with high risk for fall based on initial nursing assessment (INA) score.<\/li>\n
  • Patients with suicidal ideation based on Initial Nursing Assessment (INA)<\/li>\n
  • Patients on CAPD (Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis)<\/li>\n
  • Patients with dementia based on Initial Nursing Assessment (INA).<\/li>\n
  • Patients with physical disabilities such as blindness, hearing deficit, prosthetic limbs<\/li>\n
  • Bedridden \/ ill \/ do not resuscitate (DNR) patients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
