Having being brought up in a free and spontaneous environment as a child, Steffi is a strong believer of standing out and being true to oneself. Steffi is a passionate and charismatic coach. Children love her dramatic, expressive and wacky coaching style and she is always reinventing the way conventional classes are taught and hence easily captures and retains her audiences’ attention in a heartbeat.
Prior to joining HANKidz, Steffi has worked with people from all over Asia and she is a natural at people management. She was the talent coordinator of the hit reality show ‘Asia’s Next Top Model, Cycle 2’ and a front liner in the renowned wine restaurant, Vintry. On top of that, as the Drum Major of her high school brass band, through her leadership abilities she has led a strong 60-member band to set out and create their ongoing legacy of their own.
Steffi has been running HANKidz’s Special Workshops throughout the year 2015, each with a different and unique theme. Steffi has also been a personal figure known as President Steffi, for the children during the President Speech Public Speaking Competition 2014.
Steffi was also one of the personal coaches for the Champs Pre-School Talent Competition 2014 at the southern region whereby she managed to coach three schools to victory capturing all top 3 placings.
At the second half of 2015, Steffi and a team of coaches, have extended to reach out to more children by starting up in the southern region, Johor. Throughout the year, Steffi and her team have reached out and impacted more than 700 children and conducted various trainings for teachers. That includes teachers and children from Fukuoka, Japan. Being a certified NLP Practitioner by the ABNLP, Steffi is always intrigued by how the human mind and behavior works hand in hand to create the most desirable results.
Steffi strongly believes that life is a movie with no ‘second takes’, that every moment is precious and matters. Always giving her best and going the extra mile to make a difference to every life that crosses her path.
