Ellie is the COO (Chief Operations Officer) of HANKidz. She is a passionate and principled coach and her mission is to make a difference in all the lives that she comes into contact with.
Ellie stands for a world where children can be authentic to freely express themselves and unleash their full potential. She was part of the team that has won the Best Team award in the All Women’s Action Society’s Walk and Wheel Campaign 2007, which in turn, strengthened her resolute to be an empowering and inspiring coach. For the past 3 years, she has coached close to 500 children and teenagers to unleash their potential. She has also recently completed a joint-managed marathon that got more than 1000 children and parents to come together to experience togetherness and understanding of others’ culture.
Having graduated from Anglia Ruskin University (UK) with a degree in Marketing, Ellie is trained to look at things and think from a different perspective. She has been a high performing student throughout her schooling years. Having been in leadership positions such as the Chairman of St John Ambulance and Deputy Head Prefect in her school, she is trained first hand on the mechanics of how to manage a large team of people and to maintain good results in academics at the same time.
She was part of her school choir team that had garnered second placing in an inter-school choir competition and was active in various other competitions too in her schooling years. She was also active in various sports and held important positions in her school teams.
Ellie is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) who works constantly with people to create a sustainable change from the inside out.
Ellie believes in continuous growth and betterment of ones’ character. Through having the right character and mindset, anything is possible. Thus, she instills leadership principles and cultures in her coaching of young children and adults alike. Her coaching reaches out to the teacher and children of various international schools and kindergartens.
